Payment & delivery
The products purchased at our online shop will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase. Please make sure the recipient’s name and
address are entered correctly as due to incomplete or wrong address the delivery may take longer or the package might be returned to sender. In a case of a wrong address, the customer is always responsible for covering the extra shipping costs.
All orders are shipped as priority or non-priority items using BPost (www.bpost.be), depending on which option has been selected during check-out. After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email informing you about your order's status and its tracking number (priority only).
Priority and non-priority shipping
During check-out you can choose between either priority (registered) or non-priority (not registered) shipping. While priority shipping is more expensive, it is more convenient and safe. Depending on the size of your order, only priority shipping will be available.

*Priority items are always insured. If a customer does not receive an order within four weeks after dispatching time, a new parcel will be sent. Items shipped without priority are not insured, 349 (Belgian) Squadron can not be held accountable if anything goes wrong with these parcels.
Customers will receive a tracking code for all orders with priority shipping.

Belgium: 2-4 days
EU countries: 7-12 days
Other countries: 2-4 weeks
Duties and taxes for non-EU countries
If duties and taxes, determined by the destination country's customs, are applicable, the customer is obliged to pay them.
An item does not meet the agreed specifications
If you are not satisfied with an item or the item does not meet the agreed specifications, you can return it. We will issue a refund equal to the amount paid for the item only. Delivery costs are not refundable. The customer will cover all shipping costs when returning an item. A refund will be issued when we receive the returned item.
You received an item you did not order
No need to return it. Just inform us about the mistake via firstname.lastname@example.org, make sure to include a photo of the wrong item with the packaging showing name and address of the addressee. We will resend you your order, shipping costs for the second parcel are covered by us.
Individual orders cannot be returned
Except for the cases described above, returns are not accepted unless making appeal to the Right of Withdrawal, as provided in the Belgian Law.
In the latter case, the buyer will make this known to the seller within 14 days after receipt of the product, and must return the product within the same timespan. The costs to the consumer will not exceed the cost of return. In case of damage to the product due to careless handling by the customer himself, the customer is liable for any depreciation of the product.
Some products are excluded from the Right of Withdrawal: these are clearly stated in the product description and are only applicable to products that are created by the seller in accordance with the consumer's specifications, that are clearly personal in nature, that cannot be returned due to their nature, that can spoil or age quickly or for (parts of) products that after breaking the seal by the consumer, have been in contact with foodstuffs and/or liquids and have therefore become unsuitable for resale.
